What is the Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS-II)?

The Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS-II) is the most widely used personality instrument in the world. It is a 70-question personality assessment instrument that not only helps individuals attain a better understanding of their personality, but distinguishes temperament, character type, strengths, and preferences.  Depending on your needs, you can choose from a spectrum of different reports which fall into three main categories: Individual Analysis, Team Analysis, or Organizational Analysis.

Are you having a difficult time choosing a school major or career path?

The Career Temperament Report aids in the career exploration process and includes expert advice on career options, tips on communication / interpersonal skills, and insight on navigating the job market based on their personality type. The Career Temperament Report provides suggested career matches, based on research surveys conducted across a wide spectrum of industry.

The Learning Styles Temperament Report provides teachers, students, and parents with new tools to maximize the impact of their teaching and learning efforts. The report analyzes each student's personality type and learning style, and suggests specific tips for studying, test-taking, and other aspects related to student performance in school.

What is the next step?

Please contact our office at (407) 894-5202 where our office assistant looks forward to speaking with you. You will set-up an initial consultation in order to get a better understanding of which assessment instrument will be administered to you.  After this appointment you will set-up an appointment one (1) week from this appointment. Before your next session you will receive an e-mail with log-in information to take your assessment. That’s it! You will come back for your follow-up session at which time results and profile inventories will be reviewed and further assessed.

How much does it cost?

This assessment is ultimately an investment in self. Cost is as follows:

Initial Session Consultation + Assessment Instrument + Follow-Up Session = $250.00

If you are a current and/or existing client, the assessment tool will be incorporated into our regularly scheduled session format with an additional one time cost of $50.00.

Psychological Evaluations

Psychological evaluations along with diagnostic psychometric assessments can both facilitate and help to clarify the diagnosis of a client and can help with treatment planning. Once treatment impasses are identified, cognitive functioning and underlying personality patterns can be discussed to better facilitate the therapeutic process. Recommendations for intervention are offered based upon the current research and treatment modalities. That understanding assists us in making informed recommendations about which services would be most helpful to the child and family.

Traditionally psychological assessments start with a referral question and the evaluator selects tests to answer the question or questions and conducts an in-depth clinical interview.
